 Article 1 (Purpose)
 1. The terms of use are to designate provisions on terms, procedures and membership rules that will govern all members when they use  all and/or any service (“Services”) provided by Sangwon IT (“Company”) upon the Act of Telecommunication Business and its execution rule on membership rule and privacy policy.

Article 2  (Notice and Application)
1. The contents of the terms of use will be effective when the Company posts them on the service screen or notice to members in any other method. 
2. The Company may change the terms of use and the changed ones will be effected by noticing in the same way in No. 1 above. 

Article 3 (Rules except the terms of use)
1. Other rules except the terms of use shall be applied to the Basic Act of Telecommunication, the Act of Telecommunication Business or other related laws.

Article 4 (Definitions of Terms)
1. The terminologies used in the terms of use are defined as followings.
- Member : Person who entered into the terms of use with the Company 
- User ID : Combination of numbers and letters selected by the member for member identification and    
                 service use
- Password : For protection of member’s secret  
- Administrator : Person assigned by the Company for service management and efficient operation
- Termination : Termination of the terms of use by the Company or the member 

Article 5  (Constitution of the contract)
1. Clicking on “Agree” button at the bottom upon the question “Do you agree the “Terms of Use” above?” will be deemed that you agree the terms of use. 
2. The terms of use is constituted by the Company’s approval upon the application of the prospective member. 

Article 6 (Application for use)
1. You may apply for use by filling out our application form and send it to us through this website.
- Name 
- User’s ID
- Password
- Resident ID number
- Contact
- Address 

Article 7 (Approval)
1. The Company shall approve the application when the prospective properly completes the form and submits  to the Company.
2. The Company may reserve its approval in the cases below: 
- In case that the facility are not fully capable.  
- In case that any technical obstacle takes place 
- In case that the Company considers it is necessary. 
3. The Company may deny its approval in the cases below:
- In case that the name is a real name
- In case that other person’s name is used to apply 
- In case that false information is presented
- In case that the application is done for the purpose of harming social peace or order, or obstructing good social customs 
- In case that the requirements to apply for use are not fully satisfied

Article 8 (Change in Conditions)
1. The member shall revise the information registered in this site if he/she has some changed information.

Article 9 (Obligation of the Company)
1. The Company shall not disclose or release to the third party the member’s personal information the Company collects without the consent from such member. But, the company shall not comply with this provision if requested by any national organization upon the legal regulations such as the Basic Act of Telecommunication, or for the purpose of criminal investigation, upon the requests from the Korea Internet Safety Commission or other requests in conformity to the procedures designated by related laws and rules.

Article 10 (Obligation for management of Member’s ID and Password)
Each member shall have a responsibility to carefully handle his/her user’s Id and Password. Each member is responsible for all of the results produced by poor handling or fake use of user’s ID and Password The member shall  immediately notice to the Company if he/she knows his/her user’s ID or password is falsely used.

Article 11 (Obligation of the member)
1. The member shall not do the following behaviors in his/her use of the Services:
- Behavior to use other member’s ID falsely 
- Behavior to copy or reproduce or provide the information he/she collects during the use of the Services to the third person for the purpose of publication or broadcasting or other uses without any prior approval from the Company. 
- Behavior to violate copyrights or other rights of the third person 
- Behavior to distribute information, texts, images of the contents that violate public order and good social customs
- Behavior to be objectively judged to connect with a crime.
- Other behaviors that breach related laws and rules 
- The member shall observe the provisions designated this terms of use, service instructions or cautions.
- The member shall observe additional provisions on the limitations to service use posted or noticed by the Company
- The member shall not do any business activity using the Services without prior approval from the Company and the Company shall not be responsible for any result of such business activity or any result produced by the business activity violating the terms of use.   

Article 12 (Providing Information )
1. The Company may provide various information by e-mail, wired media postal mail or other method.
Article 13 (Materials posted by the member)
1. The Company may delete without prior notice if the materials posted or registered by the member are judged to belong to one of the following cases. 
- In case that such materials harm other’s reputation by blaming or defaming other member or the third party 
- In case that such materials violate public order and good social customs
- In case that such materials are recognized to connect with a crime 
- In case that such materials violate copy rights or other rights of the third party
- In case that such materials exceed the period of posting designated by the Company 
- In case that such materials are considered to violate other related laws and rules 

Article 14 (Copy rights of posted materials)
1. The materials posted in this site have the following rights. The member who posts the materials has rights and responsibilities for them. The Company shall not use such materials for commercial use without consent of such person. But, for noncommercial use, the Company does not need to comply this provision and the Company has a right to post them on this site. The member shall not use the materials posted on this site for commercial use such as processing or selling the information the member collects during the use of the Service.

Article 15 (Time of Service Use)
1. The services can be used 24 hours 365 days unless the Company does not have any specific difficulty operationally or technically. But, in case of regular inspection, the use of the Services may be limited for specific days or hours designated by the Company. 
2. The Company may divide the Services into certain ranges and specify the available hours of service use by ranges. In this case, the Company shall notice this in advance.

Article 16 (Suspension of Services)
1. The Company may suspense providing the Services in the following cases: 
- In unavoidable case due to repair works of service facilities.  
- In case that the telecommunication provider designated in the Act of Telecommunication stops the telecommunication service 
2. The Company may limit or stop part of all Services when Services can not be regularly used due to national emergency, electricity failure, disorder on the service facilities or overcrowding of service use. 

Article 17  (Termination and Limitation to use)
1. If the member intends to terminate the terms of use, such member shall apply for termination through this website.
2. The Company may terminate the terms of use or stop the relevant member’s use of the Services for a certain period  in the following cases without prior notice.
- In case that the member uses other user’s ID or password 
- In case that the member intentionally interrupts service operation 
- In case that the member does not use the real name 
- In case that the member intentionally distributes the contents that violate public order and good social customs 
- In case that the member uses the Services to plan or carry out to obstruct the national interest or social benefit 
- In case that the member harms other’s reputation or causes disadvantage. 
- In case that the member breaches the terms and conditions of use designated by the Company 

Article 18 (Compensation for Damage)
1. The Company shall not be responsible for any damage incurred to the member with respect to the use of the Services during the period when the Services are provide free of charge. The provisions in this article will be designated additionally after the Services is changed to paid services)

Article 19  (Exemption)
1. The Company shall be exempted from the responsibility to provide the Services in case that the company can not prove the Service due to natural disaster or the equivalent force majeure. 
2. The Company shall not be responsible for the interruption of service use due to the fault of member’s. 
3. The Company shall not be responsible for any profit or loss expected from the member’s use of service or any damage due to the materials the member collects in the use of the Services.
4. The Company shall not be responsible for reliability and accuracy of the information, data, facts posted on the site.

Article 20 (Competent Court)
1. If a lawsuit is raised with respect to the service use, the court which has jurisdiction over the headquarter of the Company shall be the competent court.

[Subsidiary Provision]
(Effective date) The terms of use are effective from July 1, 2006.
