 This Privacy Protection Policy is specified to guarantee secrecy of privacy and communication of internet users using the website of Sangwon IT (hereinafter, ‘Cyber Business Place’) operated by Sangwon IT Corp., and prevent human right abuse by illegal wiretapping or information leakage. 
  The privacy protection policy of ‘Cyber business place’ is subject to the law and guidance of government. Therefore, please visit the website of ‘cyber business place’ frequently to check the change.

1. Purpose of Collection and Usage of Personal Information
  Cyber business place collects minimum personal information to allow members to apply various services in the cyber business place and provide convenient and beneficial information to members. (See Article 4 Paragraph 1 of Terms of Use for ‘Cyber business place’)
  All information provided by members will not be used for purposes other than specified above. If the range of collection, purpose, or use is changed, we will have approval from members in advance. (Article 4 Paragraph 3 of Terms of Use for ‘Cyber business place’)

2. Collection Item, Period of Holding and Use for Personal Information
Personal information provided to ‘Cyber business place‘ is name, resident ID number, address, telephone number, desired ID, e-mail, and password, etc. Besides this information, we sometimes ask additional information for service application or to provide specific services. Resident ID number, cellular phone number, e-mail address, and other additional information may be required for verifying real name. Also, personal information may be required for survey or event gifts. 
During services are provided to members, ‘Cyber business place’ will hold personal information of members and use it for service. However, in the event members request withdrawal in accordance with the procedure specified in the Article 5 of the Terms of Use, or the eligibility of members are limited or stopped by the reason of loss of membership, such information of the members will be deleted permanently by the technical method and will not be read or used for any other purpose again. 

3. Personal Information Sharing and Disclosure
  Generally, personal information of members of ‘Cyber business place’ will not be disclosed to other companies or institutions not related to ‘Cyber business place.’ However, in case the member agrees to the disclosure or breaches the Terms of Use, damage others by using the services, or make illegal action, it will be exceptional to disclose such member’s information when there is reasonable ground to take legal actions. 
  ‘Cyber business place’ shares personal information of members for the purpose of statistics, academic research, market research, information providing or notices in the anonymous format, or when members are trying to take services from local service center.  

4. Cookie 
  Cookie is parcel of text sent by a server, used for operating ‘Cyber business place,’  to a web browser. Cookie is saved on the member’s hard disk and then sent back unchanged by the browser each time it uses ‘cyber business place’ to that server. If a member wants to customized services, such as ‘apply service’ or ‘write a post,’ the member should allow to use Cookie. Cookie saved on the member’s hard disk is used for verification purpose when the member apply services, or to understand member’s behavior such as visit and use type. By using this option, a member can have more customized and safe services for the member. 
Members have option for using cookie. Members can allow using all cookies, check whenever cookie is saved, or reject all cookies. However, if a member reject all cookies at the member’s own discretion, but inconveniences may be caused due to the interruption of services provided by ‘Cyber business place.’ 

5. Technical and Administrative Policy
  Personal information of members is protected by password. Password can be viewed to only members, and confirmation and editing of personal information can only be available to members who own the password. Therefore, you must not disclose your password to others. Also it is desirous you log out and close the internet web browser window after you complete all works. Especially, when you share computer with others or use computer in public place, this process above is highly recommended. 
  Information provided from members are currently protected by fire wall to prevent member’s personal information from leaking by hacking. In ‘Cyber business place,’ the number of employees who handle personal information of members are minimized and educated frequently to observe the privacy policy. 

6. Reading, Correction and Deletion of Personal Information
  Members can always request of reading, correction and deletion of personal information. A member can read or edit the personal information from ‘Registration/Edit’ menu by himself/herself. Also a member can withdraw by requesting to the staff of ‘Cyber business place’ and the member status is confirmed. 
  If anyone has claim or opinion about personal information, please e-mail it to son@sangwonit.co.kr , we will immediately process it and notify you with the results.

7. Personal Information Protection for Children under age of 14
  If we collect personal information from children under age of 14, we will have agreement from legal guardian. The legal guardian of the children under age of 14 can request reading, editing and withdrawing of personal information. In case we receive these requests, we immediately take necessary actions. ‘Cyber business place’ does not share information of children under age of 14 with other people or companies, and do not send advertise mail to the children.

8. Management of Personal Information, personnel ID or password
  It is a general rule member can only use his/her ID and password. Unless ‘Cyber business place’ causes problems intentionally or negligently, ‘Cyber business place’ does not bear responsibility for the misuse of member’s ID and Password. ‘Cyber business place’ never ask members’ password by e-mail or other methods. Therefore, don’t let anybody have your password. In any case, don’t let nobody have your password, and take special care when you are logged on.
